Install in Visma App Store

To complete the integration, Leap Visma Employees Import must also be installed and configured in Visma App Store.

Installation Steps

1. Log in to Visma App Store

  • Go to apps.visma.com and log in with the same credentials you use in Visma.net
  • Alternatively: Go to Visma Home and click on "App Store"

2. Find and install the app

  1. Search for "Leap Visma Employees Import" and click on the application
  2. Click on "Grant permissions"
  3. Review the data types that the application wants to retrieve from Visma Employees

3. Approve permissions

You will now see which types of data this application wants to retrieve from Visma Employees.

By clicking "Integrate" you approve that the application gets access to the relevant data. This is a prerequisite for reading data from Visma Employees to Business Central.

4. Confirm installation

When you have clicked "Integrate", a message will be sent to Leap IT AS that your company wants to use the application. It is now ready to connect Visma Employees to Dynamics Business Central.

Find your Tenant ID

Important: You need the Tenant ID to complete the setup in Business Central.

  1. In the upper right corner in Visma, click on the dropdown icon
  2. Copy the value in "Tenant ID"
  3. Save this for later, as it will be used to connect Business Central to Visma Employees
