Troubleshooting Failed Documents

If a document fails, this will be visible in several places in the system:

  • Posted Sales Invoice and Posted Sales Credit Memo lists: E-Document Status will then be set to Error. You can click in the column to open the e-document card and see the error message
  • Tile on Role Center: You can click on the tile and get a list of E-Documents that have failed
  • E-Documents: Search for E-Documents in the search menu and click on the corresponding link. E-Documents will be marked with "Error" in the "Electronic Document Status" column
