Tiles on Role Center​

Tiles are available on the role center. The role centers that have this available are:

  • Business Manager
  • Sales and Relationship Manager
  • Order Processor

Here you can see tiles that summarize the number of e-documents that have been processed and failed this month. You can also see the number of e-documents that are in progress.

Mark E-Documents as Manually Checked​

From E-Documents you can mark e-documents as manually checked to hide them from the tiles on the role center. This can be useful if the e-documents failed because the recipient is not registered in the Peppol Directory.

Then the document will remain as failed with no way to delete the e-document. Click the "Set Manually Checked" button in the ribbon to mark the documents. You can also click the button again to remove the marking.
