Multichannel
Multichannel is a solution that can be activated so that the message center takes over responsibility for which channel (EHF (Peppol), Email, or Print) should be used for the customer.
You can choose which channels you want to use. Sending via email has the same transaction price as sending via EHF, but printing and sending by mail costs more. See leapit.no/product/ehf for updated prices.
The service will first attempt to send as EHF. If the customer cannot receive documents as EHF, email is then attempted. If sending via email cannot be performed, most often because an email address has not been entered on the customer card, then it is attempted to be sent as a letter.
To send as a letter, address information must be fully filled out on the customer card.
Activate Multichannel
- Search for "Logiq Setup" in the search menu and click on the corresponding link
- Under Multichannel, check the "Use Multichannel" checkbox
- Under Channels, select the channels you want documents to be sent through
